Vision2 - Making Plans

I thought you might find a video I made about Vision 2 interesting. I called Commissioner Perry and Keith's office asking them to speak at a neighborhood event in 2017.

I thought it was a fun way to illustrate the absurdity voting now for a tax plan that doesn't kick in until 2017.
