I met Debra Snell, while I was Gretna helping with the Katrina recovery. You may remember her guest post on my blog. Her intent was to create a video that would be released several months after the Hurricane. She knew that people would be very generous with their time and money immediately after the disaster, but her fear was that, with time, people might forget about the Gulf Coast.
