You are kidding me. Do they think the Mayor will stand by his signature. I would have had it signed William and then I would of got it on video and notarized.
Why did it take so long for him to sign it. Medlock signature is almost a month old. I guess the Mayor had to get City Law to okay it. We all know how busy they are.
