I did the first part anyway. Today, I drove to the Tulsa County Election Board and voted no on 723. I had to vote early because I will probably not be in town next Tuesday. I will tell you more about my trip as I receive more details.

Didn't the Library vote go down easily in Dec. last year?
Yeah, if I am not mistaken, they tried to push the library vote though with out much media coverage. Then, when it failed, the Tulsa World had the audacity to blame the result on an uninformed electorate...See the batesline coverage here
Since the current "4 to fix" doesn't end until October 2006 ( I believe) Does it seem they want to beat taking a chance of Councilor Medlock becoming Mayor and having a stronger voice against "4 to fix"
